Morning:
Upon arrival in Lhasa, rest and acclimatise (altitude approximately 3,650 metres). Avoid strenuous activity.
Midday:
Light activities within Lhasa city centre, experiencing Tibetan culinary culture (with accompanying song and dance performances)
Evening:
Take an evening stroll around the Potala Palace or Barkhor Shopping Centre, then retire early to acclimatise to the high-altitude environment.


Morning:
Visit the Potala Palace (advance booking required) to learn about Tibetan history and architecture.
Midday:
Visit the Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Street to soak up the religious atmosphere, enjoy an al fresco lunch bathed in sunlight, and take in panoramic views of Lhasa.
Evening:
Experience Tibetan culture through the grand open-air theatre production Princess Wencheng



Morning:
Departing from Lhasa, the journey takes approximately two hours by car to Samye Town in Zhanang County (Samye Monastery), where visitors can explore this sacred site of Tibetan Buddhism.
Midday:
After lunch, a journey of approximately one hour by car takes us to Yumbulakhang in the Nyingchi region, where we shall visit Tibet's first palace.
Evening:
After visiting Yumbulagang, we shall take up lodgings in Zedang Town for rest and recuperation.



Morning:
Departing from Zedang, the journey by car to the Dagü Scenic Area in Sangri County takes approximately one and a half hours, where visitors can admire the gorge scenery.
Midday:
At the Dagou Scenic Area, enjoy a picnic lunch before continuing the in-depth tour.
Evening:
The journey to Gyantse County takes approximately three hours by car. Upon arrival, guests will check into their hotel to rest.



Morning:
After breakfast, a roughly one-hour drive takes us to the starting point of the hike at Lhamo Lhatso Lake. The trek commences here (elevation approximately 5,000 metres; please take care to acclimatise).
Midday:
Hike to the viewing point overlooking the sacred lake, Lhamo Lhatso, meditate by its shores, and enjoy a light lunch.
Evening:
Return to Gyantse County, enjoy a local dinner, and rest to regain strength.



Morning:
Departing from Gyantse, the journey by car to the ancient tombs of Lhamo Lhatse in Nyingchi County takes approximately 2.5 hours. Visit the historical site of the Lhamo Lhatse ancient tomb complex.
Midday:
Lunch in Lang County, followed by a drive of approximately 2.5 hours to Milin City.
Evening:
Arrival in Milin City, light hike in Bangzhong Village, visit Tibetan-style residences, check into hotel.



Morning:
After breakfast, a one-hour drive takes us to the entrance of the Yarlung Tsangpo Grand Canyon, where we commence a full-day tour featuring ecological commentary and photography opportunities.
Midday:
Lunch within the gorge (at the scenic area restaurant or bring your own), followed by an in-depth exploration of the natural wonders.
Evening:
Watch the sunset over Mount Namcha Barwa from Sosong Village, then return to Milin City for overnight accommodation and reflect on the day's experiences.



Morning:
Departing from Milin, the journey by car takes approximately two hours to reach Dudingou in Bayi District (Lulang Forest Sea), where visitors can explore the ecological scenic area.
Midday:
Lunch in Lulang, sampling stone pot chicken, followed by a four-hour drive to Nyingchi County.
Evening:
Upon arrival in Nyingchi County, check into the hotel and rest.



Morning:
After breakfast, a journey of approximately one hour by car to Basong Lake, where you will visit the island in the lake's centre and the Tsödzong Monastery.
Midday:
Lunch at Basongcuo Scenic Area, then continue the lakeside tour
before heading to Cuogou Village to explore the hidden ancient settlement.

The journey to Mozhugongka County takes approximately 3.5 hours by car. Upon arrival, guests will check into the hotel to rest.



Morning:
Visit Songtsen Gampo's birthplace in Mozhugongka County to learn about Tibetan history.

After lunch, visit the ancient city ruins and agricultural culture site in Jiamar Township, then return to Lhasa via a two-hour drive.
