Early morning: Witness the sunrise over Mount Everest from Base Camp

Morning: Journey to Dingxie County to explore the Wum Cave Temples

Afternoon: Tour Qilin Gorge and view the ancient Gangba Fortress from afar

Morning: Visit Chongba Yongco Lake and tour Langdong Manor. Optional extension to Nanyi Monastery (filming location for Red River Valley), situated in Nanyi Township en route from Kangma to Gyantse, renowned for its exquisite murals.

Afternoon: Ascend the summit of Gyangtse Dzong Fortress for panoramic views over the Red River Valley.

Accommodation: Gyangtse County (approx. 4,040 metres above sea level). Recommended to sample Tibetan sweet tea.
