Choose this itinerary for a truly immersive Tibetan experience. We not only take you to more iconic sites—from the sacred Yamdrok Lake to Everest Base Camp, through snow mountains, deserts, villages, and starry skies—but also let you touch the soul of Tibet through curated cultural encounters: listening to monastic debates at Sera Monastery, handcrafting Tibetan incense and thangka, and relaxing in traditional herbal hot springs. Your safety and comfort are ensured with oxygen-enriched hotels, vehicle oxygen supply, professional altitude sickness support, and 24/7 concierge service.

Upon arrival at Chengdu Shuangliu/Tianfu International Airport, our bilingual guide will be waiting with a meet-and-greet sign, presenting you with a panda-themed welcome gift pack (including a panda plush toy and a hand-drawn map of Chengdu). A private vehicle will transfer you to your hotel for check-in. We recommend resting to adjust to the time zone.

Savour authentic Chengdu hotpot at Shu Daxia or Xiaolongkan near Tai Koo Li. During your meal, witness Sichuan opera face-changing performances – a dual feast for the palate and the eyes.

We recommend an early start, as pandas are most active in the morning.
Observe giant pandas eating bamboo, playing, and sleeping in their endearing manner; visit the panda nursery (seasonal) and red panda free-range enclosure.
Guided commentary on panda conservation stories—such as how 'Chenglang', born weighing just 42 grams, successfully underwent reintroduction training.
Afternoon:
Sichuan Cuisine Museum (Pixian)
This is not a museum to merely 'view', but one to 'taste' and 'experience'.
Core Experiences:
Watch demonstrations of intangible culinary knife skills
Hands-on preparation of classic Sichuan dishes (e.g., Mapo Tofu, Panda-shaped Steamed Dumplings)
Taste over 20 authentic Sichuan snacks (unlimited)
Learn about Pixian Doubanjiang fermentation techniques—the soul of Sichuan cuisine.
Evening:
Night Walk at Kuanzhai Alley
Three parallel ancient lanes embodying Chengdu's three lifestyles: Kuanzhai Alley (leisurely old Chengdu), Zhaizhai Alley (trendy contemporary living), and Jingzhai Alley (folklore and local markets). Browse distinctive cultural shops and savour a cup of gaiwan tea.

Full Day :
Dujiangyan Irrigation System
A UNESCO World Heritage Site, constructed over 2,270 years ago by Li Bing and his son, and still in operation today.
Follow your guide's explanation of the three core principles: the Fish Mouth water diversion, the Flying Sand Weir flood discharge, and the Bottle Mouth water intake, to appreciate the astonishing ingenuity of ancient Chinese engineering.
Cross the Anlan suspension bridge on foot for panoramic views of the Min River.
Mount Qingcheng (Front Mountain)
One of Taoism's birthplaces, celebrated as "Qingcheng, the most serene under heaven".
Ascend by cable car to visit the Shangqing Palace and Laojun Pavilion, experiencing the Taoist ethos of "following nature's way" amidst ancient trees lining the stone steps.
At the mountain's base, sample the distinctive "Qingcheng Mountain cured pork".

Morning:
Wuhou Shrine
A shrine commemorating Zhuge Liang, Chancellor of Shu Han during the Three Kingdoms period, and China's sole temple jointly venerating both sovereign and minister.
Guided narration of Liu Bei and Zhuge Liang's tales, seeking the stone stele inscribed with Yue Fei's handwritten "Memorial on the Expedition".
The red-walled avenue offers superb photo opportunities.
Afternoon :
Shu Brocade Embroidery Museum
Shu brocade, China's foremost of the Four Great Brocades, boasts over 2,000 years of history.
Witness live demonstrations of Qing Dynasty looms in operation and observe master artisans showcasing traditional techniques.
Hands-on workshop: Under expert guidance, embroider a panda-patterned coaster or bookmark to take home.
Evening:
Jinli Ancient Street
Adjacent to Wuhou Temple, this is an ideal spot to immerse yourself in Chengdu's folk culture.
Sample local delicacies such as San Da Pao (three-cannon sweets), sugar paintings, and pot chicken. Experience ear cleaning – a unique street leisure tradition exclusive to Chengdu.

Morning:
People's Park & Heming Teahouse
Experience the authentic Chengdu "slow life".
Order a bowl of tea at Heming Teahouse, sit beneath the century-old ginkgo tree, and watch locals playing mahjong, chess, or walking their birds.
